The Package:

Fantastic basic salary between 22-23K depending on experience & career history plus Uncapped OTE, with 21 days annual leave rising with service to a maximum of 26 days and other flexible benefits including BUPA private health insurance on qualifying criteria, flexible benefits package whereby you can trade off some of your basic salary for benefits such as extra holidays, dental insurance, life assurance etc.
Full training and sponsorship of the REC qualification,
£100 personal development budget which can be spent on an activity or learning experience which is not work-related.

The Recruitment Brief:
To assist in the growth of the Social Workers Division within the company. Ideal candidates will be required to generate new business, service existing clients and source candidates with a strong focus on customer and candidate relations.
Therefore experience within the social care recruitment industry is a must.

The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate should have previous social care recruitment experience.
Working with clients in the Public Sector, local authority, private sector you will be tenacious, confident, credible and have the energy and enthusiasm to build strong relationships and above all make an impact.
You need to be an individual who wants to get stuck in, to work hard and see the results of your energies. It’s not just a matter of ‘filling jobs’; you will become an expert in your field and offer a tailor made ‘consultative’ service to employers. It’s not an easy job, some very low lows but some very high highs so experience of, or an ability to, deal in a highly competitive market and have something that makes you stand out is essential.
