The Recruitment Opportunity: Due to natural growth our client is seeking a to recruit a number of Engineering Recruitment Consultant across their Midlands branches. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for obtaining maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face using targets as set by Branch Manager. Offering a quality service to clients by selecting industrial applicants through good job matching and tight control. Monitoring contractors' performances daily and weekly to ensure that the client and contractors are consistently satisfied. Controlling administration of contract staff efficiently, whilst complying with legal and company standards. Generate a good rapport with all user clients. Achieve targets and adhere to agreed work/action plans. Comply with all legal requirements. The Person Spec: Candidates with an engineering biased within the recruitment industry are sought from this client. You will have extensive knowledge of the geographical area and the companies within that location. You won't be afraid of hard work, and will be happy to put in 110% to achieve and exceed targets outlined by the Branch Manager.
