Having been placed in a vacancy before through Ashley Associates, I have found the company to be professional at all times and always make sure you are happy during the probational period.

Agency for the past 5 years or so. I have received a consistently good service, high
level of attention, and most importantly, excellent calibre of applicant short lists
during this period.
After 5 years of loyal custom, Kay Coles and her team still manage to walk that fine
line between giving me that high level of personal attention, without taking my
account or goodwill for granted. To me this is one of the most important factors of
keeping the same primary supplier. All too often (and I have seen some of my own
employees fall into this trap) a recruitment consultant begins to believe that an
account will be theirs forever – and whilst a degradation in attention or applicant
quality is never intentional - the service suffers as a result. Ashley Associates
manage to avoid this (how I do not know – and do not care!)
