Kay Coles

Managing Director

A founder Director of Ashley Associates Kay had previously worked within Sales and Recruitment for 10 years covering Commercial, Telecommunications and Recruitment to Recruitment environments. Having nurtured the business from initial conception she now manages a seven strong team of Recruitment Consultants covering the whole of the UK and every Recruitment discipline. A hands on manager who enjoys motivating the team to improve their sales skills and revenue generation she is as dedicated to cooking as she is Recruitment and can often be found in the kitchen at parties!!

Marc Dodd

Director

A founder Director of Ashley Associates Marc takes control of the Advertising, Marketing, Web and Finance side of the company. His biggest project is that of candidate attraction and the negotiation of the companies media avenues. Marc is originally from the Manchester. He loves to travel and spend time with his young daughter.  A born practical joker with a passion for all things James Bond, Marc is an avid football fan. A firm believer that Saturdays were invented for the premiership!!

Emma Holloway

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Emma was the first Recruitment Consultant at Ashley Associates, joining the team in February of 2004. She brought to the company her 8 years recruitment experience and an immense amount of energy . Having worked within several recruitment disciplines Emma's sales prowess has proved to be very lucrative to both her and the team. With her early to rise, late to leave approach she catches up with the most elusive of candidates and has been known to charm the most insistent of "virgin clients" that Recruitment to Recruitment with Ashley Associates is a fabulous way to fill their requirements. Emma doubles up as the team's make up artist and in her spare time she can be most often found pounding the high street for bargins!

Helen Halliday

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Helen boasts a varied and professional background, which includes the Teaching and Insurance marketplaces. A part time holistic therapist who possesses several years service to the Recruitment industry. Having worked within both the industrial and commercial disciplines she has now found her niche within the exciting Recruitment-to-Recruitment arena. In her spare time Helen enjoys baking cakes and cookies for the team, thrashing up and down the pool and working out at her at her local gym. Helen is also an avid martial arts fan and her claim to fame is her Blue belt in Tai Kwondo!

Sarah Besant

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sarah joined the team in the Summer 2006, an excellent year for Recruiters!! She brings with her a nine-year recruitment history, four of these being as a Branch Manager for two of the UK's major Recruitment Agency's. Her sector expertise includes Accountancy, Commercial Rec2Rec and Industrial. Sarah's holds a passion for Recruitment to Recruitment and Business Development, although her life is now coupled with her "look alike" husband; and her vivacious young daughter and no less than four felines!!

Maz White

Office Manager

Maz joined the team in November 2004 and has brought with her a vast office experience all gained within fast paced environments. She has negotiated her way through both the Investors In People and the Work Life Balance accreditations . Maz is no stranger to multi tasking and is a natural born organiser. With her BT training she displays a great telephone manner - a real advocate of the "smile while you dial" philosophy! Her relationship building skills and attention to detail are really a credit to her. Whilst not at work Maz runs the gauntlet with her two young children, which takes up most of her non working time. Her real passion is for shopping and socializing. So when the shops have closed the socialising element takes effect!!

Jo Parrant

Recruitment Consultant

Jo has returned to work after having 2 years off to care for her triplet boys! - Lucky her!! In her previous life (pre children) she had an impressive 4 year recruitment history covering both Rec2Rec and the more generalist Commercial environment. Having worked within the London and Cheltenham markets she has a good understanding of the recruitment industry and therefore able to build on this to join the Ashley Associates Recruitment team. Jo works part-time hours on a flexible basis 3-4 days per week and is able to successfully juggle her work life and home life and do a great job of both!!

Rob Noyes

Recruitment Consultant

Has recently joined the team after starting out in High Street recruitment. A highly enthusiastic individual who shares his colleague’s passionate drive to find the perfect job fit for his candidates. A self confessed Si fi Geek, Rob can usually be found discussing all things ‘Dr Who’ with Marc during the quiet times of the day in between finding his candidate’s employment.

Andy Coles

Team Administrator

The newest addition to the Ashley Associates Recruitment Team, and employed to research and resource for the ever expanding team of hungry Recruitment Consultants. His duties are endless keeping the team well fed with leads and information, ensuring that no stone is left unturned for new client opportunities . A keen sportsplayer who when he can't be found playing volleyball or football  he can for sure be found somewhere watching it. The teams only Liverpool FC supporter, however at this stage we have chosen not to hold this against him!!
