Basic salary between 21-25K + OTE  4-5K with 25 days annual leave rising to 28 with service, Stakeholder pension with company contribution after 12 months service, Life Assurance: Death in Service (2 x basic salary). Working hours will be varied/flexible as they will need to fit in with international time differences.

The Person Spec;

As an International Recruitment Consultant you will be required to assist in finding suitable work for teachers from abroad prior to their arrival in the UK.

Also to ensure that the needs of the teacher and client school are suitably represented in a manner that enhances the reputation of the department internally and the company as a whole. To assist in the recruitment of overseas teachers as the position develops.
