The Package:
Competitive basic salary of around 20-24K plus an impressive OTE. Holiday entitlement is around 20 days plus many other company incentives including, but not limited to, Stakeholder Pension scheme, laptop and discounted gym membership, the successful candidate will also receive a company expensed mobile phone, regular social events, discounted car parking and dress down Fridays.
The Recruitment Brief:
Our REC accredited client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant in the field of IT. An extensive knowledge within this sector is a must. Previous background in the sector of recruitment is essential.
You will be required to increase revenue generation for the company via the placement of candidates into new clients.
Carrying out the full lifecylce of recruitment from new business development to advertising client vacancies to candidate sourcing and vetting to placement of candidates with clients.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with flexible hours, continued career progression and industry leading remuneration package and training.
