As a Team Leader you can expect:
Basic salary 25-35k depending on experience plus excellent bonus with 25 days per year annual leave plus Bank Holidays and an extra day's leave for your birthday!
Term hours are 7-5.30pm on a rota basis with reduced hours during school holidays. Bonus is generous and career prospects are healthy.

Due to continued expansion, our client now seeks an experienced Team Leader to grow new business in the Essex area based from their Canterbury branch.
They seek and experienced team leader ideally with Education recruitment experience with lots of experience in business development.
Ideal candidates will have energy, drive and the ability to grow the business further, so a good eye for detail and business development is a must. This opportunity will allow consultants to grow with the business and really make their mark within primary education.
