The Package:
On offer is a competitive basic salary to 30-35k + excellent OTE opportunities along with 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays with other company benefits & incentives included.

Our client has a rapidly growing presence within the interim marketplace. They have hundreds of project managers on site working for companies large and small.

They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Management Recruitment Consultant to join their City based branch. The team currently consists of 4 Recruiters.

They are looking for a talented consultant:

To build, grow and maintain the Financial Services Marketplace across the UK
To build, grow and maintain key candidate and client relationships within the Project Management Marketplace.
Develop new business by consistently hitting Business Development commitments
To consistently hit the Business Development minimum commitments on a weekly basis.
To consistently hit monthly deal targets after 3 months service
Take responsibility and be totally accountable for the success of designated sector
Speak to Clients and Candidates on a daily basis in order to generate leads, business opportunities and meetings.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments within the Project Management sector.
Represent outstanding sector specific interims to other teams.

The Person Spec:
Our client is looking for established recruiters to join its rapidly growing business. They will also consider highly professional Practitioners from these market sectors. They seek individuals with strong attention to detail and a flair for making a lasting impression on both clients and candidates alike. Strong networking, persuasion and negotiating skills are essential, as is a credible work ethic and a focus on quality-based recruitment. Recruiters should also be passionate about the sector, and have the ability to instil confidence in their clients and candidates with their understanding and knowledge of the sector. Effective communication and presentation skills are also highly desirable as is your competitive nature and desire to succeed within your field.
