The Package:
Basic salary up to 60K plus a fantastic OTE Working hours 7am to 5pm term time with reduced hours during school holidays. Private Health Insurance and Company mobile phone. and Pension.

Our client has been established in 2007. They are a specialist Education Recruitment Consultancy and currently seeks to employ a an Operations Director with the opportunity to be promoted to MD.
The ideal candidate must have a wealth of Education recruitment knowledge.

The Person Spec:
Operational and strategic recruitment experience is needed for this role. You will be managing 16 staff, you will be responsible for recruiting a further 11 staff for their planned expansion over the next 12 months. You must have experience of profit and loss and will take ownership of agreed revenue targets across both the Permanent and interim business. Creating team structure that is scalable and accountable, staff development and training, marketing, and implement a business development strategy .
