The Package:
Competitive basic salary of around £22-28K based on experience and ability plus an excellent OTE. Holiday entitlement is 25 days holiday plus bank holidays -other company benefits including stakeholder pension, private health insurance, monthly commission and profit share scheme.

The Recruitment Brief:
Our client has been established since 1976 and has an excellent reputation. Your main responsibilities will be to build the clients Finance desk. You will need to research clients and potential clients and identify and follow up new business leads. You will need process all administration and references for potential candidates, agree and achieve targets for business and personnel development.

The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will have finance and recruitment experience. You will have time management. You will have strong performance levels, and be sales driven, enthusiastic about recruitment, self-motivated and tenacious.
