Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant - to cover East Midlands area

The Package:
Basic to 25K company car, generous and uncapped commission based on revenue generation.
The Brief:
Our client is a giant within the Recruitment Industry with offices in most major cities across the UK. With an impressive turnover reaching some 350Million they now seek to recruit for the new and exciting role of Regional Senior Perms Consultant.
To cover the East Midlands are and ideally based from Leicester or Rugby you will be comfortable with hot desking from any of the 8 branches within your remit. You will be charged with generating permanent vacancies and making placements either alone or alongside other members with the branches.
You will be capable of leading the branches in their quest to increase the perm revenue and to manage the extraction of new perm vacancies from existing clients.
You will be highly organised with excellent coordination, communication and prioritising skills.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and work independently with self-discipline and creativity.
