The Package:
Basic salary depends on experience/billing history but $40-50,000 per annum plus living allowance bonus/commission and country specific company benefits.

Ideally you will possess knowledge of the Engineering and Finance Recruitment industry, and be a self starter with an entrepreneurial flair you will thrive on the challenge of generating revenue.
You may be working for a major recruitment group and be very good at your job, but frustrated with the internal politics and hassle, which ultimately effects your job satisfaction and earning potential.
