The Benefits Package:
On offer is a superb basic salary up to 35K with amazing OTE opportunities with other benefits also available. Working hours 7.30am to 5.30pm term time 9-4pm during school holidays. 33 days annual leave.
The Recruitment Brief:
We have an exciting opportunity to earn lots of money with our Ilford based Education Recruitment agency client. Working on mainly long-term contracts there will also be an element of day to day business. The desk is running 150-200 teacher days per week currently so there will be bonus from day one. Our client has both the sector experience and expertise to ensure clients receive the type of service they would expect form a professional organisation. Experienced staff, fully computerised systems and an ethical company culture all add up to the most professional service available.
The Person Spec:
Applying candidates will have an Education Recruitment background and prior working knowledge of either the Primary or Secondary sector. Proven sales track record is a must, as is business development and negotiating skills. You listen to your customers requirements and have a ‘can do’ attitude. So we are looking for recruitment consultants who genuinely enjoy the recruitment process, take a real interest in both clients and candidates and gain satisfaction from having done an excellent job.
