Working within a fast paced sales environment, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle. Day to day tasks include business development, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in initial job descriptions to negotiating final offers. To succeed you’ll need to have a natural sales ability, be hardworking, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed.
Ideal candidates will come from an Industrial recruitment background with excellent communication skills and strong entrepreneurial tendencies.
The Recruitment Consultant should be a self-motivated character.
An aptitude for building long term supplier relationships is essential as is a target driven approach.
