The Package:
A fantastic package is on offer with this company - up to £32k basic salary plus commission at 25% of billings. On top of this there is an additional monthly bonus, a holiday bonus AND an annual bonus for reaching all set targets. Annual leave entitlement 22 days per year plus Xmas & New Year shut down.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an experienced recruiter who has knowledge of the retail and/or leisure industry markets. A full cycle role including sales through modern approaches, building relationships with clients and candidates, skill matching and negotiating the sale. Working with a diverse range of positions within this industry therefore an adaptable approach is required.
The Person Spec:
Seeking those with a demonstrable track record in the field of leisure/retail recruitment sales, previous billing in the region of £100k per annum. Those with a tenacious, persistent and competitive attitude will be of interest to our client as well as those with good listening and communicating skills. Self-motivated, with a goal-orientated manner, your passion and proactivity will place you ahead of the game at all times and your ability to think creatively will ensure that you achieve great results every time.
