The Package:
Basic salary up to 25K plus fantastic bonus scheme made up of monthly and quarterly bonuses upon targets reached. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Life insurance of 4 x basic salary, private healthcare and 5% pension after a qualifying period. Centrally located.

The Role:
Our client currently has vacancies for two experienced permanents recruiters for their Clinical division. The role involves the entire recruitment process from candidate and client generation, through to negotiation and closing of the sale. Effective communication with clients and candidates at all levels within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior knowledge of this market is required, as is a creative flair for ideas to enhance your leads available within this field including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Biometrics, and Medical (clinical research physicians, PVG Physicians and Medical Advisors)
