The Package:
Basic salary between 18-24K + an excellent commission structure that provides unlimited earning potential. Company car/car allowance after a 3 month qualifying period. Excellent career prospects.
The Recruitment Brief:
Due to further expansion our recruitment client in Slough is seeking a an experienced Recruitment Consultant to build new business contacts within the Aerospace, Technical/Engieering enviornment.
You will be responsible for identifying and winning new business and ensure client orders are met in an efficient and timely manner, giving the clients the best service possible.
Play a vital role in expanding the section, in conjunction with the existing recruitment team, providing expertise and knowledge to other staff.
The Client:
A small independent recruitment agency witha team of 11 recruiters currently and a turnover exceeding 6 million. Expansion plans are agreesive but achieveable with the addition of the right calibre of recruitment consultants.
