The Package:
On offer is a competitve basic salary range of up to 18-25k depending on experience + OTE with other company benefits also available to the successful candidate. Healthcare and contributory pension available after 6 months. Generous, progressive annual leave entitlement.

The Recruitment Opportunity:
We have an opening with our Barnet based client for a Temps Domicillary Care Recruitment Co-ordinator. Previous experience of this sector is essential.

The Role:
Working in a dynamic and fast paced recruitment environment, the role will be predominantly to work alongside the Managers and Directors of this company to support the maintenance of this branch. This involves maintaining all records in line with current legislation and working on in-house specialist systems to keep records up to date. Working to branch KPIs you will attend daily, weekly and monthly updates to ensure the branch remains compliant and updated with all relevant recruitment information. You will also assist with candidate attraction and interviews, maintaining records of new starters and liaising with them to keep communication levels at their best. Filling bookings as well as assisting with business development from existing clients will also be part of the role.

The Person Spec:
You will be positive and passionate, driven to obtain all your goals and meet all your demands. You will have strong communication, networking and organisational abilities with astute commercial awareness. A demonstrable track record in this field is ideal, though previous customer account management experience will also be considered. You will be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment, able to effectively 'think on your feet' and keep the momentum going. Self-motivation and great multi-tasking skills are essential for this role.
