Recruitment Consultant - Perms - Legal, Tax Finance Recruitment London EC
The Package:
£30-40K basic (dependent on experience and ability billing track record)
Working hours 8.30 - 6pm Mon to Thurs 9-5pm Fridays. bonus can reach 40% depending on billing over targets. 20 days annual leave plus bank holiday and extra three days for Xmas Shut down.
The Role:
Our client would like to see serious applications from experienced recruiters from the Tax, Legal and or finance arena - those with flair and a demonstrable billing history. Those who apply will be confident in their ability as recruitment consultants and relationship builders and be able to manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Our client operates a KPI free environment - consultants are expected to be entrepreneurial, sales focused and high achieving.
The Client:
Formed in the mid 2000's this is an owner managed agency, where the Directors have carved a happy medium between work and personal life. They want people to find their own style and work the way it makes them comfortable and successful - of course they train advise and steer but they are not interested in beating peoples personalities back. There is a real buzz and passion about this office space which is promoting some very happy billers......
