The Package:
Basic salary to 35K (depending on ability) + OTE with Holiday entitlement of 30 days per year and Company benefits including health plan, company pension, individual commission structure and parking facilities
Working hours: 7.30am-5.00pm Term time / 10.00am-4.00pm Holiday time with an On Call service (shared)

We have an excellent opportunity for an existing Education Branch Manager to join our Birmingham based client.

The team is three strong covering Primary, Secondary and SEN disciplines. The branch is on budget and ripe for a Billing Manager to grow a further desk within the geographical area.
The Person Spec:
You will have an existing Education recruitment background with highly developed sales & negotiation skills.
We are looking for recruitment-experienced individuals who are self-confident, target driven with good business acumen and the ability to think on their feet. Recruitment requires motivation, enthusiasm and the drive and determination to succeed, which is why we seek the sort of recruitment consultant who responds positively to targets and is competitive by nature. You will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with teachers and schools
Attention to detail skill is essential.
You will specialise in the recruitment of both temporary and permanent teaching staff, in the local area. If you are a talented individual who can build and manage lasting customer relationships and contribute to strong winning teams you will be valued and rewarded.
