The Package:
Basic Salary 18-24K plus bonus and very dependant on experience/track record, 25 days Holiday (plus bank holidays), Discount card for a variety of stores and websites, Monthly and yearly incentive schemes, Fruity Fridays, Childcare Vouchers Scheme
The Role:
To identify, canvass and win suitable new clients to build a new desk in the Birmingham area.
Running a Temporary desk you will be responsible for all proactive business development to recruit and manage temporary staff to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
Working within a team of three experienced recruiters you will be a self starter with a target driven approach and the ability to really hit the ground running in a new role.
You will be targeted (of course) on Gross Profit gained on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis coupled with call targets for business development including client visits and the all important conversion ratios.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
Generate new revenue for the Temp team in Bristol
Design and implement a business development strategy
Source new short, medium and long-term client opportunities and maintain a portfolio of prospective clients with temporary staffing requirements
Complete sales meetings and presentations with prospect clients
Ensure all new business is credit worthy and standard Terms of Business are signed
Work with the branch manager to turn around dissatisfied clients
Account manage new business sourced and won
Person Spec:
A proven track record of winning business.
A proactive approach to sales activity.
Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels.
Thorough knowledge of the Bristol Market.
Conversant in Microsoft Office
Strong team ethic
