The Package:
On offer is a competitive basic salary 20-30K + superb uncapped OTE. You will be required to ensure that at all times that you are acting in the best interests of clients, candidates and the company.
To build a successful 'desk', demonstrating a proactive and forward-thinking approach in your drive for continuous improvement.
To generate an agreed level of revenue for the Company, whilst maintaining a quality service built on honesty, integrity and professionalism.
To meet and where possible exceed agreed activity level targets such as client calls, client and candidate meetings, mandates successfully taken and filled.
To be proactive in remaining abreast of trends and developments within your chosen niche market area.
You need to think like an entrepreneur, not an employee - taking ownership of your own success.
The Candidate Spec:
Previous Compliance/Risk Recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success is essential to your application.
You will posses the ability to learn quickly; multi-task and prioritise; pay attention to detail and able to construct persuasive arguments.
If you are confident; professional; articulate; team player; resilient; calm under pressure; self motivated; service orientated; thorough; ambitious and driven we'd like to hear from you.
