The Package:
On offer is a competitive basic salary ranging from 18-26K + OTE this could be an extra 10K all uncapped, private Healthcare available after 6 months probation period. Annual leave 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and working hours between 7-6pm on a rota basis.
Working Hours: 7.00am-5.30pm / 9.00am-5.30pm on rota system reduced hours during school holidays.

We have an exciting opening for an Education Recruitment Consultant based in Southampton, to join our client's established branch.
As proud holders of both the Quality Mark and REC industry accreditations, our client continues to be successful within the education sector as they continue to strive for perfection. The desk you will take is established on target but potentially can grow further. This secondary desk is currently running at about 100 days per week.
The Person Spec:
You will possess knowledge within the Education recruitment sector along with a passion to build yourself a successful career.
Well motivated individuals with strong sales, networking and client development skills are sought for this position.
You will also possess excellent time management and organisational skills, and a strong business acumen.
You will be able to hit the ground running, most likely this role will cover a secondary desk but you will need to have the ability to turn your hand to include primary if necessary.
Business development is key to this role, therefore proven ability of business development is a must, along with excellent sales & negotiation skills.
