The Package:
On offer is a basic salary 18-26K + OTE with other benefits including company pension after 12 months and excellent holiday entitlement.
Working hours will run from 7.30am until 5.30pm although a flexible approach to these hours is essential.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
We are looking to recruit Industrial Recruitment Consultants for our client's Reading office. Your responsibilities include selling the services of the company to clients and candidates, interviewing, matching requirements and overcoming objections.
You will need to be sales focused as you will be required to develop the business within the area.
You will need to work hard to develop both yourself and the business, able to demonstrate a successful track record of working to and exceeding targets as well as having the hunger to make the most of this opportunity.
The Person Spec:
Applying candidates will ideally have existing knowledge within the Industrial Recruitment sector or have B2B sales exposure. You will also need to be a passionate and well motivated individual who is able to motivate team members.
As an Industrial Recruiter you will work on a large variety of industrial positions including warehouse jobs, production jobs, manufacturing work, driving, flt, food operatives, cleaning, picking and packing.
You will need to have strong sales, networking and client development abilities, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong business acumen and a desire to succeed and build a career.
