The Package:
Basic salary of around 18-20K plus excellent bonus with 25 days per year annual leave plus Bank Holidays and an extra day's leave for your birthday!
Term hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm with reduced hours during school holidays. Bonus is generous and career prospects are healthy.

The Recruitment Brief:
Due to continued expansion, our client now seeks a trainee Education Recruitment Consultant for their London branch.
They seek bright and enthusiastic sales professionals with the desire to break into this niche marketplace in the Education sector.
Ideal candidates will have energy, drive and the ability to grow the business further, so a good eye for detail and business development is a must.
As a successful candidate you will become part of a highly successful national network that is rapidly becoming one of the leading teacher supply agencies in the UK.

The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate must have a Full Clean driving licence, as commuting to other branches including Cambridge, Colchester and surrounding areas may be necessary.
You will be an outgoing, ambitious individual with a competitive sales drive. As this is a trainee role, previous recruitment experience is not essential.
