The Package:
On offer is a basic 18-24K + OTE Working hours 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm Friday 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and one day for your birthday rising with service. The Recruitment Opportunity:
We are looking to recruit a Commercial / Sales Perms Recruitment Consultant for our client's Leeds based office.
This is a start up desk - so will require an experienced Recruitment Consultant with good local knowledge and the apptitude for new business development.
Your responsibilities include selling the services of the company to new clients and candidates, interviewing, matching requirements and overcoming objections.You will need to be sales focused as you will be required to develop the business within this location.
You will need to work hard to develop both yourself and the business, able to demonstrate a successful track record of working to and exceeding targets as well as having the hunger to make the most of this opportunity.
The Person Spec:
Applying candidates will ideally have knowledge within the Commercial Recruitment sectors. You will also need to be a passionate and well motivated individual who is able to motivate team members.
You will need to have strong sales, networking and client development abilities, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong business acumen and a passionate desire to succeed and build a new Commercial Perms team in this location.
