The Package:
Basic salary 18-23K plus bonus no threshold in the first 6 months. Working hours 7.30am to 16.45 pm (16.30 on Fridays) 20 days annual leave. Career Progression.
The Client:
Our client currently supply both temps and perms to a wide selection of catering clients, across the busy industry including Conference and Banqueting, Hotels, Restaurants and of course Events and Contract Caterers.
All candidates are assesses tested and trained within Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Legislation and where needed COSHH and manual handling training.
The Role:
With the above in mind they are now seeking for their Birmingham branch an experienced Catering Recruitment Consultant. They ideally need those with definitive sales prowess and those who are ready, willing and capable of building new business, spotting opportunity and making the very most of every phone call or net working event.
You will be joining a new but motivated team of recruiters who all have a common goal of continued sales/recruitment success.
Proficient in temps but with an ability to manage the perm process would be an advantage, as would a persistent sales nature and a flexible working approach.
The Catering Desk will be fairly new some contracts already running but with the scope for "more more more". Bonus for the first 6 months will be paid on "everything" giving you a really high chance to earn good bonus as you grow the desk.
