The Package:
Basic salary is negotiable though above market rates plus highly competitive performance related bonus, pension scheme, private healthcare and attractive annual leave entitlement.

The Recruitment Brief:
Our client seeks experienced HR Recruiters with previous sales experience to work in any of the above global offices. Our client may also consider someone with in-house recruitment experience and/or those with Interim/Contract experience. The role includes all duties including client and candidate sourcing, matching, preparing and negotiating.
You must be capable of operating in an ethical and professional manner and possess strong communication and customer handling skills. Highly professional environment whereby consultants manage their own workload without scrutiny from regular sales/activity targets.

The Person Spec:
Ideally you will have a background in HR Recruitment and be passionate and self motivated. Working within a large team, you will need to have strong sales, networking and client development abilities, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong business acumen and a passionate desire to succeed and build a career. You will have the ability to be proactive, meet deadlines, liaise with people at all levels, work accurately and respect confidentiality.
