The Package:
Our Client is offering a basic salary of 18K-23K with up to 40% commission and other company incentives such as free parking, stakeholder pension and healthcare insurance.
The Requirement:
We are currently seeking for a prestigious and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an established Finance Recruitment Team of 3.
The Person Spec:
The ideal candidate will have a proven Recruitment, and previous exposure to financial markets would be an advantage, though not essential.
You will be resilient and persistent enough to tackle the highs and lows of recruitment and have a good sense of humour. Self-motivation and discipline is a must as well as being a strong team player. You will be determined and passionate, able to demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to establish a successful rapport with your candidates and clients. Brilliantly crafted negotiation skills, a positive attitude that ensures that you make your mark within this highly successful recruitment consultancy.
