The Package:

The Opportunity:
This is a rare and highly exciting role to Head up our clients Legal Recruitment Team based in London. The team is currently four strong experienced Legal Recruiters who are having success for Breakfast, dinner and Tea!! their focus has been on Senior Associate-Partner Level recruitment within Legal firms with some in house clients. The bulk of their work is contingency based - however the brief going forward is to win retained business worth 150-500K.
The desk in question currently produces in excess of 750K per annum in fee's - so the ne Head will jump into some very successful accounts and be expected to hit the ground at 100 mph.... This position is vacancy due to expansion and promotion so the successful person will enjoy the benefit of a several month hand over from the present Head of Legal - A wonderful position indeed!!
