Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Gloucester
The Package:
Salary depends on experience to date, approx 16-23K bonus is generous.
Working hours 8.30-5.30 hrs stakeholder pension.
The Role:
Our client is an established multi disciplined recruitment agency. They are looking to enhance the team with a further experienced Recruitment Consultant in their Gloucester office, there is room for growth and development in this role but essentially the Industrial desk is running currently at around 40 temps per day and the branch is well established.
The ideal candidate needs to be client facing, presentable and professional providing a high level of service for high-level clients. Additionally a high level of experience is required in recruitment on either a permanent or temporary desk ideally in the Industrial arena. Person Spec:
Applying candidates will have a healthy proactive approach to their working life and a real desire to achieve targets and to learn further about the recruitment industry.
The role is to generate gross profit, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds personal and team targets. This will include but not be limited to:
Manage and Develop existing client relationships
Identify and develop new Client relationships
Identify and exploit new business opportunities within Client base
Fulfilment of Client Vacancies
Candidate selection
Interview arrangements
Managing rate negotiations and offers
Candidate Management
