The Package:
Basic salary to £20- £25K plus commission and bonuses, with benefits including company stakeholder pension scheme, Childcare voucher scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance cover and reduced hours during School Holidays. Working hours 7-4.15pm or 9.15-6.30pm term time on shift system 9-4pm during school holidays. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Education Recruitment Consultant to join the UK's largest independent Education recruitment specialist.
While other recruitment sectors are stabilising our education client is looking to expand their established team in their London office.
You will be someone that has a passion for Education and is driven to provide Schools with the best possible service. Your objective will be to develop and grow your business by maximising the number of filled positions both long term and day to day.
We are looking for someone that is business minded, motivated, a strong team player, that is not afraid to get on the phone. You will ideally be an ambitious individual who thrives within a challenging and competitive environment. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing turnover and contributing to the success of the branch and helping the company to work towards their overall company goals. You should have excellent communication skills, be hands on, driven, self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced work environment.

The Person Spec:
Ideal candidates would be individuals with an Education Recruitment background (or similar field), an experienced teacher (Primary, Secondary or SEN) with some experience in business or a sales professional looking to move into recruitment.
The team is vast with in excess of 10 successful recruiters covering every borough throughout London. This is an existing desk therefore is on budget and achieving great things - an ideal opportunity to really carve a name within this borough as of course there is further potential for growth.

Your focus will be on delivering superb levels of customer service and developing and growing your business by maximising the number of filled positions both long term and day to day.
